They say what doesn't kill you makes you strong, and the last few years have certainly been challenging, not only for Pat & I here in Bitely but for many small businesses everywhere.
We are so thankful for all of our customers, many of whom have become friends. You have continued to shop at Up North Gift Co. when it would have probably been more convenient to shop online or at the big-box stores. Some of you travel to the area to vacation and make it a point to stop in and see us, while others have even driven almost an hour just to come support our little shop! We love that our customers are the kind of people who are intentional about how and where they spend their hard-earned money.
Our promise to you is to continue to grow and listen to your wants & needs, making your requested items our number one priority! As you support us, we in turn, support over seventy local artists who create so many of our truly unique items. Not only one-of-a-kind pieces but also custom made-to-order things, from signs to shirts, candles, baked goods, and SO much more!
We are also very excited to announce the Grand Opening of Up North Hair & Nails, a much needed salon adjacent to the gift shop! We will be booking appointments VERY soon, so stay tuned for more details later this week!
One more big announcement is that we will be holding a prize drawing for a beautiful piece of handmade furniture, custom built by one of our many very talented vendors, Jeff! More information on this exciting news is coming SOON!
